Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

Merch is produced and fulfilled through Printful, which ships to most countries worldwide. Exact shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. PayPal checkout can't ship to China or Turkey yet; card checkout can.

How long does shipping take?

Everything is made to order, so each item is produced first — typically 2–5 business days — and then shipped. Delivery time after that varies quite a bit by product and destination, so check the estimated delivery date shown at checkout for your specific order. You’ll get a tracking link once it ships.

Does this apply to original art pieces and prints too?

No — the production and shipping times above are specific to merchandise (tees, hoodies, caps, mugs, stickers, and similar items) fulfilled through Printful. Original paintings and art prints are handled separately, and shipping details for those will be provided directly at the time of purchase.

What’s your return or exchange policy?

Because items are made to order, sales are generally final. If something arrives defective, misprinted, or lost in transit, email support@terencemgl.com within 14 days of delivery and I’ll sort it out. See the full Terms and Conditions for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Shop orders can be paid with Stripe (major credit and debit cards and the other options shown at checkout) or with PayPal. The Ancient Voice Vault pre-order can also be paid with either Stripe or PayPal.

Can I use your chants or mantras in my own videos or projects?

You're welcome to view and share content for personal, non-commercial use. For commercial use, reproduction, or anything beyond personal sharing, reach out at support@terencemgl.com for permission first.
