Philosophy

Through throat singing, chanting, and esoteric visionary oil painting, Terence uses his art as a bridge to the aether—channeling and directing specific energies with the intention of influencing reality, manifestation, shifting energy patterns and states of being, and supporting transformation through sound, intention, and creative inspiration.

Throat Sing King

Throat singing, known across Central Asia for thousands of years, was born from humanity's desire to connect with nature, through sound. It was believed to have been created before language. Its deep tones were not created only for performance, but for communication — with the mountains, the wind, the rivers, and the spirits of nature. It was brought about during a time when humans lived in harmony with, and were more closely connected to nature and the nature within themselves.

The style I practice most, known as kargyraa, echoes thunder rolling across the steppe — the Earth's own heartbeat made audible through the human body. For ancient shamans, this was more than sound. It was a sacred act: to sing in this way was to channel and embody thunder, which was to channel the voice of the Sky, to call down rain and transformation, and to align one's breath with the pulse of creation itself.

Thunder was seen as the speech of the heavens — a force that bridges the realms above and below. Through kargyraa, the singer becomes that bridge, letting the vibration of the storm move through flesh and bone, turning the body into an instrument of the Earth and Sky speaking as one.

When I sing in Kargyraa, I embody the power, the essence, and the rumble of thunder – I am the voice of thunder – if thunder had a voice it would be mine. Every chant amplified by this force of nature, acting as a bridge of the non-physical and physical planes of existence (above and below), like lightning striking every fiber, every cell, every atom, traveling through all the nerves of the body and through the energy channels, chakras and meridians, shaking up the energy patterns that make one resistant to change, growth and expansion. Resistance to it mirrors resistance to your own primal nature and divine essence, revealing stagnant energy, blockages and old programs and belief systems that limit and constrict you. Surrendering to it and allowing it is to allow the current to move through you, breaking apart what is rigid and awakening what is dormant, until what remains is the same force that moves through the storm itself – for in that moment, thunder is no longer distant, but it is alive within you. Shifting you into a reality of greater power and alignment and carrying you beyond the structures and boundaries of who you once were, much like a storm moving across the valleys, and the forests, bending the trees and sweeping through everything in its wake, yet leaving the land renewed, and nourished from its rain.

Cathexis

Cathexis is the investment of mental, emotional, or psychic energy into a person, idea, activity, or object.

In the context of art, I see cathexis as the energy that accumulates within a piece through the act of creation. Every hour spent shaping it, every decision, every moment of focus, emotion, intention, and presence becomes part of the work.

This is one of the reasons I place value on art that is created deliberately and by hand. Two objects may appear visually identical, yet their process of creation can be entirely different. A piece formed slowly through human attention carries the history of that interaction—the time, effort, intention, and inner state of the person who brought it into being.

For me, an artwork is therefore more than its final image or physical form. It is also a record of the energy invested in its creation.

Eso•Terence

Art has always been a portal or a bridge between the physical and non-physical. Taking what is non-physical, such as inspiration, thought and intention and expressing it outwardly into something physical through focus and action. Inspiration often comes from our higher selves which is the higher dimensional aspect of our consciousness.

My art, though in the past was done from a place of pure expression and for no other reason than to create, has now evolved into something different with Eso•Terence. It is shaped and created out of an intention to manifest a desire, effect or desired outcome. For purposes such as, attracting or manifesting more prosperity, abundance, love, protection, success etc. Anything one could desire. Using esoteric influences of tulpas, thought-forms, ascended masters, deities etc. and channeling, connecting or assigning their consciousness into paintings to assist in aligning us energetically with what is desired is fundamentally the intention behind Eso•Terence.

It is rooted in the Law of Attraction and vibration. We are all made up of energy. If you look through an electron microscope, you will see that all matter is composed of atoms and those atoms are composed of electrons, protons and neutrons. Everything in existence is made up of energy. All energy vibrates at a different frequency. It is a universal law that two or more things cannot share the same space, if they are not a vibrational match or on the same frequency. When two or more things of a different vibration come into contact or share the same space, either they must repel one another and no longer share the space or they begin to match and entrain with each other's frequency. They either both change to match each other's frequency or they both match the one with the most dominant frequency.

The intention behind my works of art is to provide something that vibrates at a frequency that makes you a match to a desired outcome by it being in your space. My art took anywhere from dozens or even hundreds of hours. Where focus goes, energy flows, and through this sustained investment of focus, intention, emotion and effort, the work undergoes a form of cathexis, becoming amplified by all of the energy poured into its creation. It creates an aura or a life force behind my work, having its own thought form. This is one of the main factors that differentiates art created by AI and art created by an artist. With my art also having energetic attachments to certain beings invoked on, each piece has been ritualistically "activated" with various methods, including my throat singing chants with the specific intention of the painting in mind imprinted into its essence. For example, a piece created with the intention of protection will have one or several beings attached to the piece's energetic imprint such as my Medusa Protection Talisman painting having several entities that were historically invoked on for protection energetically assigned to each of the snakes on the head of Medusa. Each print is energetically linked to the original piece through certain ritualistic practices, though nothing beats the original.

The Key

Hidden within my emblem is an ankh. In ancient Egypt, the sign meant “life” or “to live.” Gods and goddesses carried it, and temple images show it being offered to rulers or held to the nose as the breath of life. In tombs, it also spoke to the hope that life could continue beyond death. It is a small shape carrying an immense idea: life given, sustained, renewed, and transformed.

Its form also carries the union of feminine and masculine energies. The loop represents a womb, the portal through which life enters, while the stem represents a penis. Both polarities are held within one symbol. One is receptive, holding possibility; the other is active, bringing it into form. Sexual energy is creative energy itself. It is the generative force through which life comes into being, and that same current moves through every act of creation. It can become a work of art, an idea given form, or a vision brought into reality. Creation begins within us before it becomes something we can see, hear, or touch. When imagination, intention, and action come together, we give that inner energy a way into the world. That union is a key to creation and manifestation.

The ankh has continued to gather meanings in esoteric traditions. It serves as a channel for life force, a sign of protection, or a key between the physical and non-physical. The god Thoth appears with an ankh in ancient Egyptian art, while later teachings connect him with knowledge of its energetic use. In some esoteric interpretations, Isis offering the ankh to Osiris joins breath and life with the mystery of renewal. Modern stories surrounding Thoth the Atlantean, Atlantis, Lemuria, and lost wisdom give the symbol further associations with energy, initiation, and awakening.

One of those interpretations describes a practice called “ankhing” during sexual activity. As sexual energy rises through the body at the point of climax, it is consciously directed out through the back near the heart, carried up and over the head, then brought back through the front of the chest. Its path traces the loop of an ankh. The practice directs that energy back into the body rather than simply releasing it, allowing it to continue circulating as life force. Creative energy returns to its source, renewing the person who carries it.

Sexual energy is also the power we channel into creating and manifesting the lives we live. It is all too often squandered, especially now with the rise of porn addiction which weakens and dulls the masses, leaving people depleted and disconnected from the energy they could direct toward the life they actually want to create. When that power is continually drained and depleted, it leads to living passively, without purpose, as though merely living to die.

Egyptian Christians later adapted the looped form into some Christian imagery, giving it a meaning connected to life through Christ. But the ankh did not originate as a Christian symbol. Its roots are in ancient Egypt, long before Christianity. It is not Christian and that later adoption does not define what it means in my emblem.

My initials form this ancient sign because the mark carries more than my name. By bringing them together, I unify the ankh’s symbolism with who I am. It represents life as a creative force and the possibility of bringing what begins within us into the world. It is a sacred power I aim to honor and harness in all that I do, and one that I channel through this symbol.

Terencendence

Terencendence was the first name that came to me when I began my spiritual awakening journey in 2016. It is a play on words combining my name, Terence, with the word transcendence. I found it to be a simple concept, and I admired how well it fit when I first created it. Unfortunately, over the years I've had to let go of this moniker. The main reason is that I've consistently observed it being misread, misspelled and mispronounced by the laymen. I've yet to meet someone who could correctly interpret it without me having to over-explain it first.

You may also notice the all-seeing eye in my Terencendence logo. When I was actively posting under the name Terencendence, I would display the symbol throughout my posts and videos, and from time to time I would be contacted by people accusing me of being part of the Illuminati, the Cabal, or whatever name they associated with the idea of a secret organization pulling strings behind major world events.

To clear up the misconception surrounding my logo, the concept I had in mind when I created it many years ago was actually one of reclamation. The all-seeing eye, or Eye of Providence, existed long before its modern association with the Illuminati. The eye itself is an ancient and recurring spiritual symbol, appearing in different forms across cultures and traditions as a representation of divine sight, higher perception, protection, illumination, wisdom and awareness beyond the limitations of ordinary physical vision.

Over time, however, the all-seeing eye became heavily associated in popular culture with secrecy, hierarchy, surveillance, control, domination, wealth and powerful elites. Regardless of how one interprets those modern associations, they were never what the symbol actually represented. It has become a symbol of the power they have over us and upon creating this logo, my intention was to take it back. I wanted to reclaim the eye from the fear surrounding it.

If a symbol associated with power had come to represent power over others, I wanted to transform it into a symbol of power within oneself. If it had become associated with control, I wanted it to represent liberation. If it had come to represent secrecy and deception, I wanted it to represent revelation and the unveiling of truth. If it represented an elite few looking down on everyone else, I wanted it to represent the awakening of the eye within all of us.

To me, the all-seeing eye represents illumination: becoming conscious of what was previously unconscious, seeing beyond appearances, expanding one's perception, and reconnecting with the greater intelligence or Source from which consciousness originates. It is the eye of the observer. The witness. Higher consciousness. Divine consciousness. Gnosis. The ability to look beyond the material surface of reality and recognize that there is something greater moving through it. Even the word "Illuminati," stripped of everything that has become attached to it culturally, comes from the idea of being illuminated—being brought into the light.

That was what Terencendence was always about.

Awakening. Illumination. Becoming aware of something greater than the identity and reality we once believed ourselves to be confined to.

So the eye in the Terencendence logo was never intended as an allegiance to some secret organization. It was my attempt to take a symbol that had become feared and return it to something sacred: the awakening of consciousness, the pursuit of truth, connection with Source, and the light of awareness itself. It was not about giving power to the symbol. It was about taking the power back.
